Bulgarian Split Squat Cable Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Place one foot behind you on a bench or step, with your other foot forward. Secure the resistance band under your front foot.
- Hold the handles of the resistance band with your palms facing forward, elbows bent, and hands raised near your shoulders. Keep your arms folded by your sides.
- Lower your body towards the floor by bending the front knee, stopping just before your back knee touches the floor
- Push through your front heel to return to the starting position. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
