Cable Lying Extension Pullover (With Cables Attachment)

4 steps Updated 29/08/2026

Cable Lying Extension Pullover (With Cables Attachment) is a resistance exercise targeting Lats (Latissimus Dorsi), Triceps (Triceps Brachii) using Cable Pulley Machine.

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Attach both cable handles to a single low pulley. Lie on a flat bench with your head positioned near the pulley. Grasp the handles with your palms facing up and your arms extended in line with your body.
  2. Keep your feet flat on the floor and your back pressed against the bench. Engage your core to maintain stability.
  3. Raise the handles in an arc motion over your head, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
  4. Lower the handles back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
