Cable Split Squat

Cable Split Squat is a exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (Gluteus Maximus) using Cable Pulley Machine.
How to perform it
- Stand in front of a low pulley cable machine with a bar attached and grab it with both hands using an overhand grip. Take a step back into a split stance with one foot forward and one foot behind.
- Hold the bar extended along the cable and keep your torso upright.
- Lower your body by bending both knees until your thigh is parallel to the floor. Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired repetitions.
