Cable Single Leg Deadlift

Cable Single Leg Deadlift is a exercise targeting Hamstrings (Biceps Femoris, Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus) using Cable Pulley Machine.
How to perform it
- Attach a straight bar to a low pulley and stand facing the cable while holding the bar with both hands. Shift your weight onto your right leg, keeping it bent at 90 degrees.
- Slightly bend your standing knee and hinge at the hips to lower your torso to the floor.
- Once your torso is nearly parallel to the floor. Drive through your standing leg to return to the starting position
- Lower your foot to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired repetitions, switch legs, and repeat.
