Corner Wall Chest Stretch is a bodyweight exercise targeting Chest (Pectoralis Major).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Begin by standing in front of a corner of a wall with your feet shoulder-width apart. Place your palms flat against the walls at your sides, with your elbows slightly below shoulder height.
- Lean forward into the corner, keeping your legs in place, to lean into the stretch.
- Push your chest forward towards the corner, feeling the stretch across your chest and shoulders. Hold this position for the desired duration.
- Slowly step back to return to the starting position and repeat the stretch as needed.
