Corner Touch is a bodyweight exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus).
How to perform it
- Begin standing with your body turned to the left side in a semi-lunge position, your left leg bent, and your right leg extended behind you lightly bent. Extend your right arm upward and your left arm downward to your side.
- Engage your core and rotate your body on your feet, turning to face the opposite side. As you rotate, lower your right arm and raise your left arm, so that your left arm is now upward and your right arm is downward to your side.
- Repeat the movement, alternating sides, and performing the desired number of repetitions.
