Extension of Arms in Vertical Stretch

Extension of Arms in Vertical Stretch is a bodyweight exercise targeting Shoulders (Deltoids), Upper Back (Trapezius).
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, your back straight, and your core engaged.
- Raise your arms overhead, interlocking your fingers and turning your palms upward.
- Stretch upwards as much as possible, lengthening your spine and reaching towards the ceiling. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds.
- Slowly release the stretch and bring your arms back down to your sides. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
