Glute Bridge With Abduction Bodyweight

Glute Bridge With Abduction Bodyweight is a bodyweight exercise targeting Glutes (Gluteus Maximus, Gluteus Medius, Gluteus Minimus).
How to perform it
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your arms at your sides with palms facing down.
- Engage your core and glutes and lift your hips towards the ceiling until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
- While holding the bridge position, spread your knees apart as far as comfortable, keeping your feet flat on the floor.
- Bring your knees back together, then lower your hips back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
