Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Attach one end of a resistance band to a sturdy anchor point at hips height. Stand facing the anchor point and hold the other end of the band in your right hand.
  2. Extend your right arm up, pointing to the anchor point, with your palm facing down.
  3. Pull the band backward, keeping your arm straight, and until it reaches parallel to your side.
  4. Slowly return your arm to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the left arm.
