Reverse Lunge Left Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus) using Resistance Band.

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place the middle of a resistance band under your right foot. Hold one handle in each hand with your arms bent and hands close to your face sides.
  2. Step your left foot back into a lunge position, lowering your left knee towards the floor while keeping your right knee over your ankle.
  3. Push through your right heel to return to the starting position, bringing your foot forward to stand up straight.
  4. Repeat for the desired repetitions, then switch to the left leg.
