Sumo Squat Over Shoulder Resistance Band

Sumo Squat Over Shoulder Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outward. Place a resistance band under your feet.
- Hold the ends of the resistance band with both hands near your shoulders, palms facing forward and elbows pointing down.
- Lower your body into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back. Keep your chest up and your back straight.
- Lower until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then push through your heels to return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
