Suspension Trainer With Grips Front Raise is a exercise targeting Shoulders (Deltoids) using Suspension Trainer.
How to perform it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about chest height. Stand facing the handles with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handles with your arms extended straight in front of you and palms facing down.
- Engage your core and lean back slightly, keeping your body straight from head to heels.
- Keeping your arms straight, raise the handles upward until your arms are fully extended above your head, forming a straight line with your body.
- Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
