Suspension Trainer With Grips Face Pull is a exercise targeting Shoulders (Posterior Deltoids), Upper Back (Rhomboids, Trapezius) using Suspension Trainer.
How to perform it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about chest height. Stand facing the handles with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handles with your arms extended straight in front of you and palms facing each other.
- Engage your core and lean back slightly, keeping your body straight from head to heels.
- Pull the handles towards your face, bending your elbows and flaring them out to the sides until your hands are at face level.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
