How to perform it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about knee height. Sit on the floor with your legs extended and place your feet in the handles. Position your hands on the floor by your sides, fingers pointing forward.
- Engage your core and press through your hands to lift your hips off the floor, coming into a reverse plank position. Your body should form a straight line from your head to your heels.
- Lower your hips towards the floor with control, keeping your legs and arms straight. Stop just before your hips touch the floor.
- Press through your hands and lift your hips to the reverse plank position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
