4 steps Updated 29/08/2026

Suspension Trainer With Grips Reverse Ab Rollout is a exercise targeting Abdominals (Rectus Abdominis, Obliques), Hip Flexors (Iliopsoas) using Suspension Trainer.

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about knee height. Place your feet in the handles and assume a plank position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width, placed directly under your shoulders, arms slightly bent, and body in a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Engage your core and bend your knees to bring them towards your chest while lifting your hips upwards, creating a V position.
  3. Continue bringing your knees towards your chest until your hips are fully bent and your knees are close to your chest.
  4. Slowly extend your legs back to the starting plank position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
