Suspension Trainer With Grips Reverse Push-Up is a exercise targeting Chest (Pectoralis Major), Triceps (Triceps Brachii) using Suspension Trainer.
How to perform it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles close to the floor. Grasp the handles with an underhand grip (palms facing forward) and position your body in a straight line, feet together and arms fully extended.
- Engage your core and maintain a straight line from your head to your heels.
- Lower your chest towards the handles by bending your elbows, keeping your body straight and elbows close to your sides.
- Press through your hands to extend your arms and return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
