Biceps Curl to Shoulder Press Resistance Band

Biceps Curl to Shoulder Press Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Biceps (Biceps Brachii), Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, placing the middle of the resistance band under your feet. Hold the handles of the band with your palms facing forward and arms fully extended down by your sides.
- Perform a biceps curl by bending your elbows and bringing the handles of the band towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your torso.
- From the biceps curl position, rotate your wrists so that your palms face forward, and press the handles of the band overhead by extending your arms fully.
- Lower the handles back to the starting position by reversing the steps. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
