Bodyweight Single Leg Deadlift is a bodyweight exercise targeting Hamstrings (Biceps Femoris, Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus).

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet together and your hands by your sides or on your hips.
  2. Lift your right leg straight back and lean forward at the hips, keeping your back straight, until your torso is parallel to the floor.
  3. Return to the starting position by lowering your right leg and raising your torso back to upright.
  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the left leg
