Chair Bulgarian Split Squats Bodyweight Left is a bodyweight exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus).
How to perform it
- Stand a few feet in front of a chair, facing away from it. Place your left foot on the chair behind you, with the top of your foot resting on the seat.
- Position your right foot firmly on the floor, a comfortable distance in front of the chair.
- Lower your body by bending your right knee and hip, keeping your torso upright, until your right thigh is parallel to the floor and your left knee is close to the floor.
- Push through your right heel to return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
