Chair Bulgarian Split Squats Bodyweight Right is a bodyweight exercise targeting Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris), Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus mideus).

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand a few feet in front of a chair, facing away from it. Place your right foot on the chair behind you, with the top of your foot resting on the seat.
  2. Position your left foot firmly on the floor, a comfortable distance in front of the chair.
  3. Lower your body by bending your left knee and hip, keeping your torso upright, until your left thigh is parallel to the floor and your right knee is close to the floor.
  4. Push through your left heel to return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
