Landmine Chest Press

Landmine Chest Press is a free weights exercise targeting Chest (Pectoralis Major, Clavicular Head), Shoulders (Deltoids) using Barbell.
How to perform it
- Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the end of a barbell with the right hand at chest level. The other end of the barbell should be anchored securely in a landmine attachment or corner.
- Press the barbell forward and slightly upward until your arm is fully extended.
- Squeeze your chest muscles at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position at chest level. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
