Suspension Trainer With Grips Abdominal Fallout

4 steps Updated 29/08/2026

Suspension Trainer With Grips Abdominal Fallout is a exercise targeting Core (Rectus Abdominis, Obliques) using Suspension Trainer.

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about waist height. Stand in front of the hanging handles with your feet shoulder-width apart and grasp the handles with your palms facing down.
  2. Engage your core and lean forward, allowing your arms to extend overhead while maintaining a straight body line from head to heels.
  3. Lower your body until your arms are fully extended above your head, feeling the tension in your core.
  4. Pull your body back to the starting position by pulling your arms back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
