Suspension Trainer With Grips Decline Push-Up is a exercise targeting Chest (Pectoralis Major) using Suspension Trainer.
How to perform it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about knee height. Place your feet in the handles, ensuring they are secure, and assume a plank position with your hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart on the floor.
- Engage your core, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the floor, keeping your elbows at a 45-degree angle to your body.
- Push through your hands to return to the starting position, straightening your arms. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
