How to perform it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about waist height. Stand facing the handles, holding the handles with an overhand grip (palms facing down) just wider than shoulder width. Lean back with your body straight, heels on the floor, and arms extended.
- Engage your back and pull your chest towards the handles by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Continue pulling until your chest is close to the handles and your elbows are almost fully bent.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
