Suspension Trainer With Grips Chin-Up is a exercise targeting Biceps (Biceps Brachii), Middle Back (Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major) using Suspension Trainer.
How to perform it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles to an overhead position. Stand directly beneath the handles and grasp them with an underhand grip (palms facing you), shoulder-width apart.
- Pull your body up towards the handles by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Continue pulling until your chin is above the handles, focusing on engaging your biceps and back muscles.
- Slowly lower your body back to the starting position with control, fully extending your arms. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
