Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Adjust the suspension trainer handle close to the floor. Stand to the side of the suspension trainer, placing your right foot in the handle and keeping your left foot firmly on the floor. Keep both hands to your sides.
  2. Bend your left knee and push your hips back to lower into a squat while reaching with both hands to touch the floor with your fingertips. Keep your right leg straight through the squat and allow it to extend to the side.
  3. Push through your left heel to return to the starting position, keeping your right leg extended.
  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
