Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the landmine with both hands in front of your body.
  2. Step forward into a lunge with one leg and prepare to rotate your torso toward the front leg side.
  3. As you return, twist your torso in the opposite direction after the lunge to engage the obliques.
  4. Bring the back leg forward next to the front leg and alternate sides.
  5. Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the movement.
