Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed by your sides.
  2. Step forward with your right foot, rolling through the heel to the ball of your foot while swinging your left arm forward and right arm back.
  3. Push off with your right foot, quickly bringing your left foot forward to step, swinging your right arm forward and left arm back. Increase your pace while maintaining control.
  4. Continue this alternating pattern, maintaining a brisk and consistent stride. Repeat for the desired distance or time.
